AJOVIA helps you search and compare flights. We do not sell flight tickets. When you choose a flight, we send you to the airline or travel provider’s website to book.
What AJOVIA does
- Shows flight options from our partner on AJOVIA so you can compare them.
- Tells you who you will book with before you leave our site.
- Helps with visas, study applications and itinerary planning as separate, separately priced services.
What the provider does
- Confirms the final price and availability.
- Collects passenger details and payment. The provider is the seller of your flight.
- Issues your ticket (directly or through the airline).
- Handles changes, cancellations and refunds under its terms and the airline’s fare rules.
If something goes wrong with a flight
Contact the provider shown on your booking confirmation. If you can’t tell who that is, sign in and open “Flight activity” in your portal, or contact us with the reference shown on the handoff page and we’ll point you to the right place.
Prices
Prices shown on AJOVIA are indicative and supplied by the provider. Fares change often; the price at the provider’s checkout is the one that applies.
