Amsterdam
Canals, culture and English-taught degrees.
Amsterdam is a major airline hub and a popular study destination, with many English-taught programmes across the Netherlands.
Entering Netherlands
The Netherlands is in the Schengen area. Short visits follow Schengen visa rules; longer study needs a Dutch residence permit arranged with your university.
Studying here
Dutch universities typically apply for your residence permit on your behalf once you accept an offer.
